Common Issues

Purchases not unlocking? Use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's Paywall screen. If it still doesn't work, force-quit the app and reopen — RevenueCat syncs on launch.

Audio not playing? Make sure your device isn't in silent mode (the physical switch on the side). FlowTone respects the mute switch.

App is slow to open? First launch after install can take 10-15 seconds due to audio file indexing. Subsequent launches are instant.
